8:00 am Wednesday was wet and dizzily. By race time at 10:00 am pst the sun was out and it was a fabulous 52 degrees. Bright blue skies with puffy white clouds. I could see the mountains to the west where the riders will be going. We couldn’t ask for a better morning. It’s a perfect California early spring morning.
